(collectively, "Services"), including but not limited to BriefCase and any other tools or services offered thereunder (the "Platform" or "Luri"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Luri reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and enforce compliance with this Policy. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for any other violation of the Terms or improper use of the Services.

Remedies for violations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Legal action to recover damages of general harm, to the extent of dispute or of Provisions, Luri Inc. reserves the right to seek injunctive, injunctive action to compel or prevent specific actions.
